Contract details

The Contract Details page gives you a clear, organized overview of a contract’s value and completion date(s).

Updated over a week ago

To access the Contract Details, go to Projects in the Project Explorer, select the relevant Contract, and then click on the Contract Details link (shown on right hand side of Projects Explorer).

When you open the Contract details, the information displayed is determined by your user role and the type of contract. For FIDIC contracts, full visibility requires permissions for both Claims and Variations. For NEC contracts, access to Compensation Events is needed to view the complete contract details. If these roles are not assigned, only partial information will be shown.

For NEC contracts, there is a Key Dates grid below the completion dates section. This grid lists all the Key Dates for the contract. For each one, it shows the original completion date, any approved changes, and any changes have not yet been approved.
