How to track the status of your authorization requests.
Scroll down to the bottom of your Home page to the Authorizations grid. Click on “Your requests” to display a list of all the items you have initiated for approval, along with their current statuses.
Use the filters at the top of the grid to narrow down the list. You can choose from:
Authorized – to view items that have been approved,
In Progress – to see items still under review, or
Denied – to find items that were denied.
If an item has been denied and you wish to view the reason, click on the specific item in the list. Then, scroll down to the Authorizations section within the audit trail pop-up.
