Requesting a reset link
Go to https://ccom.cloud and click "Forgot password"
Enter the email address you use to log in to C-COM (it's the same email address where you received you invitation to C-COM) and click the "Request reset link" button.
✅ If the account associated with the email address you entered is active you will receive an email there with a link you can click to continue.
If for some reason you can not or do not wish to follow the link in the email on the device where you received the email you can continue as follows...
Click the "Proceed" button.
Enter the security code you received in the reset password email and proceed
Setting your new password
After following the reset password link or entering the security code you can now enter your new password in the "New Password" field, move your mouse over the i icon next to "New password" to see the password complexity requirements.
Repeat your new password in the "Confirm password" field and click "Reset password" to finish.
