In-app notifications
Your in-app notifications are accessed by clicking the bell icon (a) near the top right of the screen while logged in.
The number shown in the red badge to the right of the bell icon (a) indicates the number of unread in-app notifications you have.
Each notification is supplemented with the following information:
(b) the project and contract the notification pertains to
(c) the product the notification pertains to
(d) a read/unread indicator which you can click to toggle the notification from read to unread and vice versa - blue indicates unread whilst grey indicates read.
Email notifications
ℹ️ Tip
We recommend you rely on in-app notifications primarily and opt-out of email notifications for most notification types to avoid your inbox getting swamped.
You will receive certain notifications by email if you notification settings are configured to this end. Email notifications arrive in your mail and include some details about the action the notification is about including a link to view in C-COM.
