To instruct a Variation, send an instruction of type "put into effect (constitutes a Variation)".
The Contractor must put such instructions into effect immediately and will be prompted to provide detailed particulars in the form of a proposal, after which you may request further particulars and/or proceed to agree or determine the Variation.
